Alloying with III and VII group dements leads to increasing of resistivity of the crystals and gives the opportunity to change their type of conductivity too. III group elements substitute Cd or Zn in the subcell and VII group elements substitute Te and "cure" their vacancies. At is should be admitted that samples alloyed with chlorine have rather considerableconcentration of small centers duc to which electrical conductivity of majoriby of samples almost does not change in the temperature interval to the temperature 200 0K.
