The purpose: to investigate conditions of effective formation of and pedagogical activity children with CDMD. Novelty of research - in psychological and pedagogical classification of children with CDMD according to structure of infringements them cognitive and emotional - strong-willed sphere, and also in system engineering of means of formation intellectual of activity of children with CDMD during mastering initial scientific concepts. Results: 1. Is developed psychological and pedagogical typology of children with CDMD on the basis of differences of the contents of infringements of their mental activity and factors, their causing; 2. The technique of психолого-pedagogical study of children with CDMD is developed during training and education; 3. The technique of a management of intellectual activity of children with CDMD is developed during training (on a material of natural history). Methods of rese arch: the analysis and generalization of the literary data, experiment of ascertaining and forming character, supervision. The efficiency is confirmed during experimental training.
