We have built up a model for solar flares and developed the self-consistent, nonlinear theory of kinetic Alfven wave turbulence in flare loops. Our model adequately explains the fast energization of coronal plasma during the impulsive flare phase, and fills a free space between the magnetic reconnection theories and the semi-empiric models for the relaxation flare stage.
