A methodology, aimed at set identification of controlled object parameters and at object state estimation, is given as for disturbances, which exert their influence onto an object and onto a measurement device and which are chaotic processes, and set estimates are singled out by a system of corresponding inequalities. The cases, in which inequalities are linear, are specifically highlighted. The problem of synthesis of functional optimal control ("strong adaptive control system") system under assumption that only rough enough set membership estimates are given and under bounded disturbances is considered. The performance criteria of the system is calculated along trajectory of system motion under convex specific loss function.
