Research aim: according to the structural-functional state of bone tissue, the peculiarities of bone peak mass formation under the influence of different factors to create the monitoring system of structural functional state of bone tissue and arrangement on primary and second prophylaxis of osteoporosis and its complications. The factors, which affected the bone peak mass formation were established (physical child development, functional insufficiency of gonades). The speed-up aging of bone tissue in patients with endocrine pathology is observed. Bone tissue structural-functional state depends on region and state of environment (ionizing radiation, raised maintenance of fluorine in drinking-water). The monitoring system of functional state of bone tissue was created. The age structure of osteoporotic fractures was established in Kerch.
