It had been established that increasing of bypass protein content in the rations of early lactation dairy cows by formaldehyde processing of sunflower oilcake or by extruding of rapeseed oilcake and peas increased quantity of available for cows organism protein. As a result the part of rumen undegradable protein grown by 39.5-46.3%. Digestibility of protein increased by 5.4-6.1% and its assimilation increased by 6.8-7.8%. It was observed more effective using of nitrogen for milk protein synthesis (20.7% and 26.2% of consumed in control and experimental groups). The spending of rations metabolisable energy per 1 kg of produced milk were 9.6 and 8.6 MJ for control and experimental cows correspondingly. The consumption of some micro- a nd macroelements by udder of animals of experimental groups were risen. Milk protein concentration grown by 9.5% in the middle and by 15.0% in high productive cows. Changing of sugar/starch ratio from 1:1.6 to 1:1 by means of extrude of barley-wheat meal led to increasing protein flow rumen to duodenum by 10.7%, and increasing microbial protein synthesis in the rumen by 24.8%. When ratio of sugar+starch/fiber was changed from 1:1.5 to 1:1 were been observed increasing of VFA and microbial protein synthesis. Milk production increased by 6.7-7.1%. Production of milk protein was higher by 7.4-9.3%, milk fat - by 11.3-11.8%. Increasing of sugar and starch consumption by changing of sugar+starch/fiber ratio from 1:1.66 to 1.5:1 increased microbial protein flowing to duodenum by 9.4%. VFA concentration in the rumen content grown by 10.4%. At the same time increased contents of oleic, linolic and arachidonic acids in the milk fat. Increasing of sugar and starch consumption by 30% when fiber contents in rations were invariable intensified milk precursors synthesis and its using by udder. Milk production increased by 5.7%, milk fat - by 6.2%. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
