Study of hydrometeorological and chemical regime of the Black Sea and the Azov Sea and its modern changes was executed. Review of the marine environment pollution state and tendencies for the Black and Azov seas is presented. Waters of Odessa and Sevastopol harbours, the Dnieper-Bug estuary and the Kerch Strait were founded to be most polluted.
