The biochemical and microbiological investigated provide a substational for combined use of Bioadhesive (polymer fibrin) with antibacterial (dioxidine) and antitumor (cyclophosphane) preparation that therapeutical action, promouting the woun healing, decreasing the risk of relapsing the malignant neoplasm in the patient with laryngeal cancer. The method of local use of Bioadhesive in complex with mentioned preparations in the different surgical operations of the laryngeal cancer patients was developed.
