As well as analyzed the temperature state of the synchronous motor windings in the dynamic modes and generalized main reasons of synchronous motors failures. There had also been developed the mathematical models to simulate dynamic modes. The possibility and efficiency of durability improvement of the synchronous motors work by regulating the excitation on the loading moment function on the motor shaft has been proved. There had been received the laws of excitation regulation and synthesized synchronous motors excitation regulators to improve durability of their work and dynamic characteristics. There had been determined and theoretically substantiated the concept of embodiment of information-measurement system to diagnose the power equipment. The information-measurement systems to diagnose the power switchers, hig h-voltage inputs of power transformers, electric motors and generators of the main and ancillary electric drives of the excavators.
