Results: eight samples of sweet corn (four varieties and four hybrides of Ukrainian selection) were recommended for production of canned sweet corn; there were worked out the technology of production of three groups and there were developed three sets of the normative and technology documents (TU, TI, receipts and norms of consumption) for production of natural canned sweet corn, marinades, salads; three machines were developed and recom-mended for industrial production: a) to take off the covering leaves RZ-KZL; b) to cut off the cernels RZ-KZZ; c) knives sharpenes RZ-KZN of the machine RZ-KZZ.
