The manganees and U-phosphates deposits were formed at the end of Paleogene in the sea basins of Parthetis. There are two types of ore-forming enviroments: in the epicontinental sea basins, and at the borders of the Flysh trogs. Spatial connection of the deposits to one other is observed from Mangishlak across N.Caucasus to Ukraine and far into Bulgaria and W.Turkey. That suggest specific paleotectonic and paleogeographic conditions of formation of these deposits.
