Object of research - organizational aspects of technical and metrological maintenance of iatrotechnics in conditions of military units and medical institutions of armed Forces of Ukraine. The purpose of work-development of managing document "Regulations about technical and metrological maintenance medical service in Armed forces of Ukraine" in view of modern achievements of a pharmaceutical science, the organizations and establishments the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in view of modern achievements of the pharmaceutical science, the new nomenclature of the medical property, the reformed structure of medical service. In conditions of formation of the pharmaceutical market as a result of increase of the nomenclature of medical means and the medical equipment there is a question about expedient and correct preservations of medical property in military units, connections and medical establishments. Disbandment of some military units results in redistribution of medical property and engineering, and in s ome cases - to accumulation of separate kinds of medical property in storehouses, therefore - frequently to his damage under influence of adverse conditions of an environment, and sometimes - to not taken into account(discounted) use. Position is fulfilled with the account reorganization changes of medical service and agrees with requirements of working managing documents of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
