By results of laboratory and bench tests are designed and approved on ASTC "ANTONOV" the technological guidelines for optimization of temperature-time and gas-dynamic parameters of argon vacuum heat-treatment of titanium alloys with elevated content of hydrogen and chemicothermal processing of friction pairs of titanium alloys in controlled gas environments. Is shown that the application of designed technologies allows: to treat pieces of any shape with conservation of surface high quality; to apply it as finishing operation; to increase of metal fatigue durability (if to compare with vacuum annealing) by a factor of 1.2; To prolong safe life of work of clusters of abrasion on 10-15 %, to increase their reliability; to refuse from technologically unstable and ecologically harmful of galvanic processes; to reduce a rejects
