The structural, schematical and technoloqical problems of non-volatile memory chips, multielemental ultrasonic probes and miniature microphones on ferro- and piezoelectrical films have been solved. The projection and manufacture of model samples have been produced such as: the non-volatile memory chips with dense 3 . 10**4 bit/ mm2 and save time 180 ns; ultrasonic multielemental probes - round on 12 elements with frequency 3,5 MHz and matrix on 512 elements with frequency 10 MHz/ The region used is an electronics, energetics and medical device performing.
