The object of investigation is theoretical, methodical and practical questions of employment of country population in conditions of dupening of agrarian reform. The aim of the work is defining the main directions of development of effective employment in the field of indurdual managing in the country. The necessity of recognizing and supporting the development of new subject of managing - individual (family) households - on state and regional levels is groundeal. The propositions prepared can be used by labour and Social Policy Departament of Ukraine, as wellas by regional controlling bodies while preparing the law of Ukraine "Of Individual (family) households" and working out state and regional programs of population employment
