Subjects: 1623 published works, 225 patents, 212 innovations, and 352 respondents Objective: improving scientific and informational support of communicational channels for introducing objects of innovational activity into practical health protection of schoolchildren and adolescents. Methods: scientometric and market study, patent information analysis, sociological. Theoretical and practical results: the databank of innovations resulting from applied research in the field of school and adolescent medicine carried out by research institutes was estimated. The structure and subject-matter tendencies of those innovations as well as the geography of their authors were defined. Functioning of communicational channels was determined, inventive activity was studied, informational support of specialists in practical health protection was defined. The existing barriers to introducing the innovations were revealed and optimal ways for innovational processes in the field of school and adolescent medicine were wo rked out. Effectiveness: optimizing innovational processes. Fields of use: school and adolescent medicine, health care of children and juveniles.
