Investigated agri-Industrial production of Ukraine with the goal to maintain the Extension with a methodical providing. Investigation were made with Prognostic, Logically-abstract and Statistical research methods. As a results of this scientific research are Recommendations to provide both social-utility and commercial consulting in Extension, to plan Extension service for operators of agribusiness rural population and activities of Center. The definition of the cost of information and consulting service is proposed. The sphere of using: Recommendations are assigned for governmental management in agri-industrial complex, educational and scientific institutions, professional and public associations, other consulting providers. The branch are agribusiness and rural activities.
