Results of SRW are: production technology and determination of storage terms were developed; projects of TC and GSTU "Canned fish in white-pink sauce" as well as "Canned sea food in white-pink sauce" were developed and submitted for agreement. The possibility was found out to obtain fish food stuff of small size fresh water fish. Percentage of stuff output and terms of its storage in frozen condition were determined.
