The basic structural unit, wchich cause growth regulating activity in the organic substances, are designed. The dependence of electrical activity from the object's nature and from place of potential withdrawal is investigated. The method of electric resistance measuring in plants is designed. The regularities of fungi cultures growth on the new nutrient media are investigated. The hypothesis of mechanism of ozone inducting changes of plant cells ferment activity is confirmed. The optimal technological parameters of pectine containing raw material processing are worked up. The block-chart of pectin obtaining from beet cake and principal technological chart of lecitin, obtaining from phosphatide concentrate of sunflower oil are designed. The fields of applications are - science, agriculture, medicine, food industry, forafe production, microbiological processes. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
