The methods of investigations are microstructural researches, profilometry, Auger spectroscopy, secondary neutral mass-spectrometry, photoluminescence, stationary and non-stationary photo-electric spectroscopy, optical transmission spectroscopy, current - voltage spectroscopy, carriers time life spectroscopy, chemical and electrochemical etching of semiconductors, kinetic measurement of etching behavior with application of a rotation disk methods, mathematical planning of experiment, computing modeling of different process. The processes of formation and creation two-dimensional photonic structures based on silicon macroporous are investigated with thepurpose of development emitting structures and thermal detectors. The character of physical-chemical interaction of CdTe, CdHgTe, ZnCdTe, InAs, InSb, GaAs and GaSb with etching solutions based on mineral and organic acids are investigated with a view to get qualitative polishing etching composition for treatment of surface of this semiconductors.
