The features of disruptions in the system of phagocytes cells were studied in 65 patients with lung tuberculosis. Their role in the disease pathogenesis was revealed. Prognosis criteria for tuberculosis course and the possiblity of use of Echinacta purpurea for immunologic correction of brocen functions of phagocytes are established. As a result the effectiveness of treatment increased 20 %. Application sphere - phthisiology.
