The research methods include construction and development the homogeneous solutions scheme in the elasticity and electroelasticity theory with a consequent construction of fundamental solutions matrixes. Boundary problems are solved with the help of the analytical functions theory methods in combination with singular integral equations theory. Also some facts of a functional analysis theory, moments l-problem theory, the Kun-Tacker theorem etc, are used in solving the inverse (extreme) tasks. Complete systems of homogeneous solutions for piezopassive and piezoactive layers are obtained under various boundary conditions; fundamental solutions matrixes and main integral equations systems for layers, weakened by tunnel heterogeneities, boundary tasks are conducted; thick envelopes of final length and changeable thickness theory is constructed. The analytical and numerical schemes for solving the mixed electroelasticity problems of excitation piezoceramic cylindrical solids with an arbitrary system of superficial electrodes are developed. Conjugate electroelastic fields properties optimum controlling inverse and extreme problems are posed and solved; optimum controlling existence problems in various functional classes are considered. Many numerical results, which describes the local properties of conjugate physical fields in a neighborhood of heterogeneities, such as cracks and flaws, distribution of the conjugate electroelastic fields near electrodes, distant wave fields properties etc, are reduced in the report. A large amount of outcomes are rather new. They can be used in mechanics of fracture, piezopassive and piezoactive solids theory, electrodynamics theory etc. Results of the research work can also be used in teaching the appropriate disciplines for the students and post-graduated students of universities.
