Methods of zinc determination in cells with the help of ditizone and 8-(n-tolyolcylphinilamin)-chinolin (8-TCX) are created. The position of cells and the guantity of zinc in them are studied due to the action of physical, chemical, biological and phsycological conditions. Protectional role of zinc and antioxidants is studied. These methods are used in scientific work of specialists when studying the harmful action of a cell in various factors.
