Faculty of the finance and credit popup.description2 Novel material 2Ge2O3-SnO2 which is sensitive for UV and X irradiation was synthesized. Photoelectrical and luminescence properties of those crystals were investigated. Analysis of defects formation in beta-Ge2O3 and solid solutions beta-Ge2O3-In2O3, 2Ge2O3-SnO2 were carried out. Influence of low temperature laser annealing on the galvanomagnetic properties of single crystal n CdxHg1-xTe (x 0.2) is investigated. Effect of laser radiation on physical properties of CdxHg1-xTe is analysed on the base of Hall coefficient and conductivity measurements carried out using an automated dc system (standard KAMAK) in the temperature range of 80-273 K.
