The optimised system of monitoring of earthquakes on a basis hydrobionts with high sensitivity seismic oscillations is developed. As biological forerunners of tectonic processes fishes were chosen. It is confirmed that such hydrobiological objects have the raised sensitivity the change of geophysical fields caused bv seismic processes. It is established, that plastic deformation is the major stimulus causing reaction of biological harbingers of earthquakes. It is necessary the development of a complex direction which combines physical and mathematical methods of forecasting with biophysical.
