This is necessary to increase the accuracy of high-intensity electron beam polarization measurements at accelerators used in high energy physics (HEP). These goals were achieved using the ion-plasma deposition method for manufacturing the ferromagnetic targets. The developed ion-plasma deposition facility has provided production of ferromagnetic foils using different cathode materials.
