The process of electron and positron bremsstrahlung in strong magnetic field is investigated in the ultra quantum approximation. The quantum self polarization effect is shown to rise as compared with the WKB approximation. The electron (positron) bremsstrahlung photon polarization is determined. The idea of measuring the X-ray pulsar radiation polarization in the hyroline vicinity is proposed. The problem of microscopic representing the nucleon elastic scattering by atomic nuclei is considered by using the nuclear matter theory and Hartree-Fock approximation. The Skyrme tensor forces are occurred to essentially affect on the imaginary part of the optical potential
