The purpose of work is to develop the micro drivers intended for precision spatial positioning of manipulators for robots on the basis of the piezoelectric reverse revolving drivers and linear directly drive piezoelectric drivers for different constructions. In the work is shown, that use of frictional contact, as a detector of ultrasonic oscillations, allows ensuring precision of positioning in borders about micrometers for a direct driver, and in parts of nano meters with the aid of screw transfers. For the first time piezoelectric drivers with two- or three-phase excitation of ultrasonic oscillations were investigated. Experimentally was vivificated the opportunity of creation the linear drivers with traveling wave of strain. In addition to above-mentioned, series of drivers with immediate transformation the ultrasonic oscillations into a translational mechanical movements in working body is designed. For magnification a pusher stiffness and with an additional purpose to diminish the hysteresis phenomena for reverse drivers, support of pushers for the first time were applied. For excitation piezoceramic devices the variants of voltage converters, both on micro schemes, and on micro controllers are designed. The research experimental model of a linear driver with the screw transformer is designed and the technology of making the types of micro driver is offered. The obtained results are recommended for using in precision machine construction industry, optical manufacture, medicine, microbiology and other technical areas, where the precision spatial positioning of objects is necessary.
