The methods were clinical, morphological, immunological, citogenetical, molecular and mathematical. The connection between the changes of immune system, cytogenetic abnirmalities and changes of protoonkogenes in persons suffered frof the Chernobyl accident was established. The degree of the dysplastic changesdepended from MDS type. The significant changes were founded in themegakariocyte's lineage. The immunological reaction was wrong at early stages of antigene reception and cells interactiom because of changes antigens' expression with simultaneous reducing of B-lymphocytes. It was founded the high sensitivity to the apoptosis in MDS-RAEB and MDS-RA. Simultaneous expresion lineage antigenes om myeloid CD34+33+ cells or lymphoid progenitors confirm the exsistence of wide opportunity fot the changes of direction and speed of differentiation after the humoral and cells interaction. The degree of cytogenetic abnormalities ( typical for MDS - (inv(16), 5q-, -7, 11р-, 12р-, del/inv(16), 20q-, 1р-, 3р-, 3q- and nontypical - 5p-, 7p-, 9q-, der21) depended from type pf MDS and were the highest in AML post MDS. The secondary type of MDS confirmed the high frequency of structure abnormalities of chromosome 3 (3q26 in RA,RAEB) and structure and quantitative abnormalities of chromosome 7 (7q26-q32 (RAEB). The molecular investigation in patients with MDS and AML transfortmed from MDS, revealed the point mutations of p53 gene and non reliable changes of bcl-2 protein.
