The theory of anodic dissolving and passivation of copper and its alloys was developed. The physico-chemical pecularities for copper, aluminium and their alloys ionization in water-organic media were elucidated. The kinetics of discharge of Ge(IV) and Al(III) coordinational compounds was studied. The technological conditions for the construction of multylayer system Nb-Ge-Al were developed. The complexation in the water-organic media was investigated. Mechanizm and kinetics of copper electroprecipitation from the acidic nitrate solutions was studied in the presence of complex-forming agents.
