The observation metod is statistscal analisis of information, metods of all - round analisis and model of turbulent diffusion of pollutants within atmospherical air. The results of work allowed to determine peculiaritis of the Odessa atmospherical air contamination and create the concept of monitoring system for atmospherical air of industrial city.
