Are studied the factors of the risk of the development of hypertonic disease, the relation of the polymorphism of the gene of the vascular receptor (type 1) of angiotensin II (AT2R1) with arterial hypertension in the patients with the discirculatory encephalopathy, who underwent the action of the ionizing emission. It is shown that the replacement of adenin to the cytosine in 1166 position of the gene of the vascular receptor of angiotensin II is the factor of the risk of the development of hypertonic disease. In the groups of patients are revealed the special features of clinical flow, the factors of the risk of the development of hypertonic disease.5635
