Purpose: completing the technology of processing of canned products of medicinal-prophylactic purpose with low content of phenylalanine (PA), enriched with aminoacids for feeding children suffering from phenylketonuria (PKU). Methods: according to the standards in force. Results: two lots of canned foods with low content of PA were enriched with the mixture of 17 aminoacids. It was made the medical-biological examination of aminoacid mixtures, these clinical examination showed good standing of canned foods by children, positive influence on lowering the PA level in blood. There were worked out the changes to TUU 46.41.009-99, technical instructions and norms of raw materials consumption during baby foods production for children suffering from phenylketonuria.
