The features of traumatic osteomyelitis after the heavy damages of extremities are studied. As a result of analysis immunological and biochemical violations at patients with traumatic osteomyelitis are set, which allowed to interpret a process as I - II stages of syndrome of system inflammatory answer. On the basis of the exposed conformities to the law the complex of medicinal and physical therapy influences is developed, directed on correction of violations from the SIRS positions. Directions of optimization of methods of medical rehabilitation on the basis of results of immunological and biochemical researches are certain. Perspective of application of modern methods of early reconstruction surgical treatment is set, stipulating the considerable improvement of functional ends. The complex of conservative therapy is applied, directed on the improvement of ends of treatment of victims with posttraumatic osteomyelitis. The analysis of his use is conducted. The got results are treated. On the basis ofthe conducted research correction of treatment of patients being on treatment in the clinic of polytrauma and osseo - purulent infection.
