Methods of research: survey, in-depth interviews (expert-interviws also), focus-groups, analysis of documents, and etc. The main conceptual characteristics of the program of sociological study of the problem of forming social subjectness of postsoviet High school are presented; the main objective and subjective indicators of High school are determined; the analysis of empirical information (statistical data and materials of sociological research) gathered in High schools of Ukraine and Belarus is performed; the conclusions about the necessity of certain changes in the activity of postsoviet High school in relation to improvement the forms and methods of academic process, its correspondence to the principles of pedagogical partnership, improvement of moral-psychological climate in contemporary High school that will stimulate the development of ukrainian and belarussian high school as a subject of sociocultural transformation are made.
