A statistic analysis computer program of spontaneous biopotentials (BPs) registered on a skin surface with multielectrode techniques is elaborate. Spontaneous BPs structure features in healthy persons and influents of short-term regional ischemia and compression of tissues on spontaneous BPs generation are ascertained. A character of spontaneous bioelectrical activity in patients with an orthopedic and traumatic pathology and in some forms of neurological, endocrine and surgical pathology of locomotor system is researched. Results that suggest the main role of sympatic nervous system in low frequency and long term (100 - 1000 ms) BPs generation and intensification probability of spontaneous BPs generation by vessels smooth muscles in some disorders of ionic metabolism transmembrane processes is obtain. An advantage of multielectrode registration of spontaneous BPs with on skin surface electrodes in somatic nervous system and skeletal muscles pathology is exposed.
