The purpose of work: inspection of children, which were born from the irradiated parents, with the help of procedure selective screening. Selection of children with the revealed pathology of urine-excretory system for the profound inspection. Comparison of frequency and frame of the revealed pathology at children group of observation. Object of research:1797 children, which were born from the irradiated parents, from them 887 children, born from the parents - liquidators of consequences of accident 1986-1988 гг. (І group) and 550 children, born from from the parents living in contamination terrains (ІІ group), 346 children of control group. Methods of researches: screening, common-clinical, laboratory, statistical. The results of inspection of children, which were born from the irradiated parents, within the framework of the program selective screening have shown, that the leading place among a pathology of urine-excretory system belonged to thedismetabolic nephropathy, which was recorded at 36,06%children of І group and 44,17% children of ІІ, and 9,25% children of control group. The second place was occupied by congenital malformation of kidneys (15,59%, 13,58%, 4,25% acordingly). The third place at children of І group belonged to a night uracrasia, at children of ІI group - inflammatory diseases. The relative analysis has shown, that at children of ІІ group more often the dismtabolic nephropathy, inflammatory diseases and urolithiasis were diagnosed.
