Object of study: - patients with cerebrovascular pathology conditioned by fibrillation. Aim of study: To study the structural-functional changes of cerebrum at patients with fibrillation of valvular and unvalvular geneza. Research methods: clinico-neurological, psychodiagnostical, biochemical, electrocardiography, ultrasonic research of vessels, MRI and tomografy.It was investigated 60 patients with cerebrovascular pathology - by encefalopathy II and III stages (it was 38 and 22 patients), by conditioned fibrillation. The paroxismal states as syncopal are the feature of the clinical picture of encephalopathy on a background fibrillation, sometimes, epileptic, TIA, vegetative and asthenic disorders. 70 % patients have depressive conditions of a different degree. It was find out the disorders of cerebral hemodinamics as hypoperfusion, stenosing process, asymmetry of blood circulation. The main trait of morpho-functional changes of brain structure is multiattack condition. Biochemical investigationsshown the growth of index of thrombocyte, promoted activity of tromboksansintetaza, megascopic concentration of endoperekisny connections in blood. Violation of exchange of lipoproteid is exposed, it consists in, liberation of blood circulation of part of the lipolitical enzymes localized on capillary endotelin. Taking into account the exposed patogenetic mechanisms of medical treatment of patients, it must include: stabilization of rhythm of heart, prophilactics directed on prevention of development of stroke, improvement of cerebral hemodinamics, medical treatment of neurotic and emotional manifistations of disease.
