The clinical researches base on treatment 60 patients with intraarticular fractures. For fixation of intraarticular fractures of proximal part of a femur were used devius for external fixation (ptent of Ukraine 38701A). The data testifi that the recovery of a function the intraarticular fractures can be conditioned by an early function of a joint in the posttraumatic period and used of complex drugs therapy on the designed scheme.
