The norm of microbiological index (MAFAM) is established. The high total microbial seeding of paper grade pulp, white paper and ready-made production is established. Besides the bacteria from coliform bacillus and salmonella groups in the paper (board) are not found out. It demonstrates the epidemic safety of this production. The normative document for pulp and paper production control by the sanitary and microbiological indices of quality and safety to use it in dry food stuffs packaging is developed.
