Optimum technological conditions for preparation of the raw material are established; developed is a laboratory technique for preparation of lead tungstate raw material by the ceramic method from the components PbO and WO3. Studied is the influence of different technological factors at the growth of large-size PbWO4 crystals on their scintillation and optical parameters. The crystal growth and annealing regimes are chosen. The output of the crystals applicable for scintillation devices is increased.5635
