The optimal parameters of recovery of mixes are established. The ratio of a dry mix of a concentrate and water is justified. The kinetics of upbuilding primary and afterproducts oxidation in designed mixes gruel is investigated(studied) during preservation. The functional properties designed gruel are affirmed. Is established, that of kept in repair toxiferous matters, namely heavy metals and pesticides, is in boundaries of the permissible standards.
