Karazin popup.description2 Object of research - powerful microwave devices with complex geometry. The aim of the work is construction of mathematical models of a coaxial gyrotron and conducting a numerical experiment for full wave analysis of a coaxial gyrotron. Method of research is a newly developed numerical method for solving systems of singular integral equations. Using the parametric representation of a special kind, boundary value problem is reduced to boundary singular integral equations. In distinction from traditional approaches to problem of modelling such devices used abroad and based on a direct numerical dissertation of multidimensional Maxwell equations, without-functional theoretic manipulations, the method suggested based on deep research in the field of boundary value problems and in the field of modern methods of numerical integration's, which have been developed in Kharkov National University. As a result, the mathematical model of coaxial gyrotron has been developed on the basis of method of discrete singularities. The full wave analysis of eigenfunction/eigenvalue problem of coaxial girotron has been conducted. Numerical calculations of field distribution in a coaxial girotron cavity have been also presented.
