Research object: structural transformation in the Ukrainian economic. Research objective: the development of theoretical aspects of the structural transformation of the Ukrainian economic and its influence on the long-term economic development, building a new model of the proportionality of national economic, scenarios of the development of the Ukrainian economic till 2020. considerable influence on the on US, EC and German markets; learning the of Russia, Poland and Rumania concerning the determination of factors exerting considerable influence on market competition. Research methods: mathematical-statistical methods, methods of factor and regression analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, system analysis and synthesis. Expected results: The results of the scientific research on that subject include: improval of the system of indicators and determination of the theoretical approach to analysis, modeling and forecasting and their influence on the long-term economic development; analysis of the GDPstructure of Ukraine by categories of the end use; analysis of the structure of investing in accordance with the kinds of economic and manufacturing activities; analysis of the indicators, which define the process of reproduction of the fixed capital in modern Ukraine; applied analysis on the model basis of the "labor migration" and the corresponding role of the structural transformation for the period 2005-2015; development of the theoretical basis and complex analysis of the competitive environment and the influence of the competition on the economic development of Ukraine. recommendations concerning negative consequences of the restriction of competition.
