However, because of the insufficient financing the main attention was given to five directions of the project "Scale", what allowed to get such basic results. 1) There is created the national time scale - approved and introduced the State primary standard of time and frequency units of Ukraine (GPEVChU). 2) There is developed, produced and researched the caesium standard, its frequency reproduction error should be not worse than 5x10^-14. 3) There is developed passive hydrogen standard of time and frequency, which should provide long-lasting instability of frequency not worse than (2-5) x10^-15. 4) There is developed the synthesized standard of time and frequency, with such results of model tests: - long-lasting (daily) frequency instability during the time of observations 271 days was 5,6 x 10^-14 with increasing both the depth of"synthesis" and time of averaging. 5) There is created the model of apparatus of group frequency forming (time scale), which forms the physical time scale with error reducing of its forming. 6) There is created the apparatus of meteoric comparison system of time scales "Metka-6M". 7) There is solved the problem of transfer of standard frequency signals to consumers, which has the fundamental importance because its solved the first time in the world. 8) There is solved the problem of distance control of working standards through the signals GPEVChU at the distance, which will provide precision increasing of time and frequency measurements unity in the country, will give the opportunity to conduct direct comparisons with the standards of other countries and also constant control of the most important sources of high-stable frequencies.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
