The purpose of work is creation on the basis of optimal, adaptive and robust methods of controlstructures, algorithms of work, methods of synthesis of supervision and optimal control by nonlinear multidimensional interval dynamic objects, research of such systems and terms of the best decision of ortimization tasks. Flow diagrams and methods of synthesis of the optimal control systems are developed. Conception of module realization of neural networks models which are used in the structures of the control systems is developed, on the basis of the base neural networks molule. For technical realization of modular constructions of neural networks control systems in work on the basis of microprocessors and Field Programmable Gate Array the specialized hardwares are developed. It is developed specializedsoftware, which allows to create, design and explore the neural networks models of object and models of the control systems.
