The energy plant and nuclear reactors constructing elements creep-damage problems generalized foundations, based on Galerkin method analyses generalized approach are elaborated, schemes of the numerical evaluating and estimations of obtained results errors method are proposed. The creep-damage problems of the turbines blades and disks, high pressure vessels are considered as special case of the generalized approach.
