Some peculiarities in the patients with viral hepatitis (B C and mixed) with narcomania were difined. It was investigated the influence of the period of reception narcotics on the current of viral hepatitis. It was shown the most significant and lingering changes of biochemical and immunological indexes. The narcotics stimulate or brake immunity depend on the period of their usage and combination of viral component. The tactic of treatment of these patients was defined also.5635
