The negative results in relative reverse piezoelectric rotating motors, was leveled by new technical decision of the reverse drive with application of the differential in order to working in liquid. The necessary condition of the work motors at the temperature 160 degres of C is a use a "Ferro - hard" material with point of Kyri above 250 degres of C. Switching on rectifier diode for expansion of temperature limits recommended for the "Ferro- tender" materials such as a ЦТС СБ-3. Quality of the piezoelement was proposed to value upon the limit- admittance current for the motor. The methodic of the research of the oscillators of a piezoelectric motor are developed on the air and in direct contact with liquid. On this base the conclusion was made on this base that quality of the piezoelement don't decrease at thepressure up to 1t/sm.2 Capability of work line motors in liquid was confirmed in this research. There are at some admittance decrease of start force. The converters were elaborated, which to permit increase the accuracy of the linear move shift of the motors and to decrease minimum step up to 0,1 micrometer. The resonance frequency of unknown oscillations was found. They were named as "camerton's" oscillation of the plate. The linear wave motor had been build by using "camerton's" oscillation.
