Object of the research: Clinical information about the patients with breast cancer accumulated in the database of cancer patients. Purpose of the research: To perform a complex evaluation of the course and consequences of breast cancer using the information from the case histories for individualization of the treatment scheme with the use of modern computer technologies. Methods of the research: Data Mining technology for search of the hidden data; methods of mathematical statistics. Results and their novelty: Complex evaluation of the course and consequences of BC was done using the information from the case histories. New information which can promote optimization of the treatment schemes and post-operative patient monitoring was obtained. For the first time updated computer technologies were used to analyze the information of the breast cancer case histories; new information about the course and consequences of the disease as well as treatment efficacy for various treatment schemes was obtained. Degree of introduction: 5 articles, 2 reports at scientific conferences, methodical recommendations, application for patent “ A method of monitoring post-operative patients with stage 1 and 2 breast cancer” has been submitted to Derzhpatent. Area of application: oncology hospitals. Significance of the work: Improvement of the information base for correction of the treatment scheme and post-operative monitoring. тFor the first time updated computer technologies were used to analyze the information of the breast cancer case histories; new information about the course and consequences of the disease and efficacy of various treatment schemes was obtained.
